estate hospital "estate hospital" means a hospital or dispensary maintained by an employer on or in the neighbourhood of an estate for the treatment of labourers thereon and includes a group hospital within the meaning of the Labour Code of the Federated Malay States or of any written law in any State corresponding thereto;
